Order Issues & Eligibility for Refunds

  • Incorrect or Defective Products: If you receive an order with incorrect items, misprints, or defective products, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund where applicable.
  • Damage During Shipping: If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging for us to process a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Color or Design Variations: While we strive for color accuracy, slight variations in colors may occur due to different screen displays and print processes. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Custom Orders with Design Approval: All custom products that are created based on client-approved artwork (such as DTF prints, UV stickers, or custom apparel) are non-refundable unless there is a production error on our part.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or returns for custom items due to a change of mind after production has started.
  • Incorrect Order Details Provided by Customer: Promo Harvest Inc. is not responsible for mistakes made due to incorrect design files, spelling errors, or wrong order details provided by the customer.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our team at service@promoharvest.ca or call us at 647-294-7778 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • After reviewing your request, we will inform you if your order is eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Instructions

  • In the case of defective or incorrect products, we may require the return of the items before issuing a refund or replacement.
  • Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition. Returns must be shipped to our designated address, which will be provided during the return process.
